A well-established company in Healdsburg, California is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their team. This full-time, day-shift role is ideal for a skilled technician who’s passionate about heavy-duty truck and trailer repair and ready to take their career to the next level with a respected and stable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive bumper-to-bumper repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks, trailers, and cargo tanks.
• Diagnose and repair systems including cooling, electronics, air, engine, transmission, clutch, steering, brake, wheel, hydraulics, seals, and differentials.
• Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate repair recommendations and collaborate effectively with the Service Manager and team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of progressive diesel mechanic experience and training (combined).
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty diesel systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Proficient in the use of pneumatic and mechanical tools, as well as computer-based diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of industry safety practices and standards.
• High School Diploma or GED required, ASE certification a plus.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $35.00 – $50.00 per hour (Based on Experience) — requires own tools for heavy truck repair.
• Discretionary year-end bonus.

Shift:

• Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)
