Job Description

A well-established and reputable employer is looking to add a Truck & Trailer Techniciansto their team near Detroit, MI.

Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers using company DOT and OSHA guidelines to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Trailer technicians are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck and or Trailer repair experience
• Knowledge of foundation brakes and suspension is a must
• Previous experience using diagnostic software is preferred
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections
• Lift gates and trailer experience
• A CDL is preferred, but not required
• Own tools

Compensation:

• $35.00 to $45.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certifications/training

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday (Flexible start and end times)
• Overtime is paid after 40 hours/week
• Additional OT is available
